My interactive group workshops help teams, clubs, and organisations develop the mental skills to perform at their best. Participants gain practical strategies for confidence, focus, resilience, and stress management in high-pressure situations.

Workshops are tailored to your group’s needs, whether you’re a sports team preparing for competition, a club supporting athlete wellbeing, or a professional group aiming to enhance performance. Climbing & Adventure Sport Support

Climbing and adventure sports demand sharp mental skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage fear in high-pressure environments. My approach combines sport psychology and evidence-based techniques to help climbers develop confidence, reduce performance blocks, and stay focused on the wall or during outdoor challenges. Whether you're dealing with fear of falling, frustration with plateaus, competition stress, or struggling to trust your movement, tailored support can help you climb with greater clarity, purpose, and enjoyment. Suitable for indoor climbers, outdoor trad and sport climbers, boulderers, and those engaged in adventure or endurance activities.

Key areas I support
  • Managing fear, falls, and anxiety during climbs

  • Building confidence, focus, and mental resilience

  • Overcoming performance plateaus or pressure

  • Developing effective pre-climb routines and mindset skills

  • Support for competitions, outdoor goals, and long-term progression
