Having spent years immersed in climbing, and working in surfing, and other outdoor pursuits, I understand firsthand the mental demands of performing at your edge—where focus, resilience, and decision-making can be the difference between success and failure.

My professional journey has also taken me far beyond sport, into high-pressure performance settings. I have worked alongside the military and operated in conflict zones such as Afghanistan, supporting individuals and teams in environments defined by uncertainty, risk, and intensity. These experiences have shaped my expertise in managing fear, stress, and performance under pressure.
