Presented by Kat Lumby
Sport Psychologist in Training | Climbing Coach | REBT Practitioner
I'm a Sport Psychologist in Training on the CASES SEPAR pathway and an experienced climbing coach.
I've worked with athletes across a range of sports and levels, including Team England Surfing and GB youth climbers, alongside my own work supporting climbers through sport psychology.
My approach combines evidence-based sport psychology with practical experience of climbing and coaching. My research has also explored the use of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) with sport climbers experiencing fear.
This course brings that experience together to help climbing coaches develop their own psychological skills and confidence.
